Once you are hired you will cry for everything-


1.Work- hired for content writing and doing door to door marketting and then also they might fire you telling your performance is not human. The management's demand is to do the jobs of two or more people which is unreasonable.If you unexpectedly have a high burst of variety of work that needs to be completed, you can outsource the resource and can complete the tasks.This place is really built on high school like behaviour.Working here is just like being an IAS officer and working under illiterate, unethical person.Your skills will vanish and you will be left with no scope and hope cz this company’s work experience will make you unfit for further switching anywhere.


2.Salary: They want superhumans at the salary of part time fresher.


3.Appraisal- It may take ages…you might get married, have kids and then die and then your grandkids might go to collect the letters and the hr head will ask you to give DNA reports to know if you are actual grand kids of the employee.And then you might end up spending more in getting those reports than the salary you got after the appraisals.


4.And if you resign on your own- the worst time of your life begins.It is a ritual to make everyone cry literally and then give them documents.


Before signing any document please get a copy at home and re read it before signing.They have at will employment contract which give them the authority to do anything.Above things might not happen with people who work under a strong reporting manager who can fight with the HR and the management for the right thing.


5.I would advise folks to bear in mind if employer is being truthful then they will put things in writing- when they refuse- it is a sign to take extreme caution.Once you join them they can fire you for anything-can fire you for being a human being, having kids after marriage, for being male or female or after hirimg they don’t like you as they only promote lies.Tempting as it may be, refrain from making guarantees or promises to job candidates that you can’t fulfill. Talk up the attributes of your organization but be careful about making promises that you may not be able to keep.
